Bandanaira Airport

Bandanaira Airport, also known as Banda Neira Airport (IATA: NDA, ICAO: WAPC), serves the Banda Islands in Maluku, Indonesia, and is renowned as one of the country's smallest airports.

The Banda Islands attract numerous tourists, particularly divers and snorkelers, who flock to the region between February-May and September-December to enjoy the optimal weather conditions for underwater activities.

Terminal Facilities

Bandanaira Airport offers limited facilities, reflecting its small size. Upon aircraft readiness for takeoff or landing, a siren is sounded to alert local residents to clear the runway. The airport is managed by UPT Ditjen Hubud.

Public Transportation

Local ground transportation options include private hire cars and motorcycle taxis, known as "ojek," to and from Bandanaira Airport.
