Bandanaira Airport, also known as Banda Neira Airport (IATA: NDA, ICAO: WAPC),
serves the Banda Islands in Maluku, Indonesia, and is renowned as one of the
country's smallest airports.
The Banda Islands attract numerous tourists, particularly divers and snorkelers,
who flock to the region between February-May and September-December to enjoy the
optimal weather conditions for underwater activities.

Bandanaira Airport offers limited facilities, reflecting its small size. Upon
aircraft readiness for takeoff or landing, a siren is sounded to alert local
residents to clear the runway. The airport is managed by UPT Ditjen Hubud.

the airport.
