Technical Specification
Rokot Airport features one runway designated 17/35, with an asphalt surface
measuring 850 meters (2,789 ft) in length. Originally completed in 1980 with a
runway size of 900 x 23 m, the airport now faces threats of submersion due to
erosion near the shoreline, which is only 25 meters away. Consequently, only 800
meters of the runway remain usable. Additionally, surrounding communities are
utilizing stones from the eroded runway for house construction.
