Airport Luggage Dispatcher / Airlines Baggage Sweeper

The Airport Luggage Dispatcher / Airlines Baggage Sweeper drives to and from
the airport picking up, unloading and sorting passenger luggage. In addition
they serve as the primary contact with the clients and airline passengers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Picking up luggage throughout the shift from various airport locations
• Communicating with airline staff and drivers
• Scheduling luggage delivery and dispatching work to drivers to assure the
schedule is met
• Relaying work assignments, messages and information to and from drivers using
telephones and two-way radios
• Conferring with clients and passengers in order to address questions or
problems that arise
• Process billing
