This is the Air New Zealand flagship lounge in Australia which opened in 2015 and was the first lounge to carry the modern design formulated in conjunction with award-winning global architectural firm Gensler.

This lounge has a number of different spaces for travellers looking to relax, refresh or plug in and get some work done before their flight.

A key feature of this lounge is the bar where travellers can enjoy a barista made coffee by day, and a New Zealand wine or beer by evening.

Access

Airpoints Elite, Gold, Elite Partner and Koru members. Business Premier passengers departing on Air New Zealand flights. This lounge also available to eligible travellers who are in transit with Air New Zealand flights.

Guests

Your guest/s must enter the lounge at the same time as you and be departing from the same airport terminal on an Air New Zealand international flight or an eligible international flight with the airline you're departing on. Guest access is subject to space on the day.

Airpoints Elite members can bring one guest when travelling on Star Alliance flights and up to three guests when travelling on Air New Zealand flights.

Airpoints Gold, Elite Partner and Koru members with eligible access can bring one guest

Opening Hours

The Air New Zealand Lounge is open 06:00 - 21:00 daily. Please note these hours may very depending on flight schedules.

Location

After completing customs and security checks in T1, Sydney Airport. Turn right and walk towards gate 59, which is near the entrance to the lounge located on the mezzanine level above the departure gates.

Capacity

1450m2, seating for 299 guests.
