Gamble House
The Gamble House is a historic home located in Pasadena, California. Built for
one of the owners of the Proctor and Gamble Company, the house is a notable
example of the Arts and Crafts style of architecture. It played the part of Dr.
Emmett Brown's home in the movie "Back To The Future."
The Gamble House was completed in 1909 and was designed by the architect
brothers Charles and Henry Greene as a winter home for David B. Gamble of the
Procter & Gamble company.
Two USC architecture students live in the house full-time. The selected students
change yearly.
