Getting There

Cedar Tree Arch is located in Rattlesnake Canyon, which is part of the McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area in Colorado.

To get to Cedar Tree Arch, you will need to first make your way to the town of Grand Junction, which is located in western Colorado. From Grand Junction, take Highway 50 east for about 10 miles until you reach the town of Fruita. Then, turn south onto Cherry Street and continue on this road until you reach Kingsview Road. Turn left onto Kingsview Road and follow it for about 2 miles until you reach the trailhead for Rattlesnake Canyon.

The trail to Cedar Tree Arch is approximately 2.5 miles long and is rated as moderate difficulty. It can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to complete, depending on your pace and the trail conditions. Make sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
