Angola Visa

Generally, based on Angola immigration laws, citizens of all countries are
require a visa to visit Angola. The only visa exemptions visitors are citizens
of Namibia. Holders of ordinary passports issued to nationals of Cape Verde can
obtain a Visa on Arrival provided it has been pre-arranged before departure.
Visa on Arrival is also available to the staffs of oil companies established in
Angola, provided that they're holding necessary documents including a Visa on
Arrival application that must be submitted by the oil company at least 2 weeks
prior to their arrival.
Holders of diplomatic or official passports of the following countries are
granted to visit Angola without a visa : Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Cape Verde,
China, Cuba, Egypt, France, Guinea-Bissau, Italy, Mozambique, Portugal, Russia,
Sao Tome and Principe, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Vietnam and
Zambia.
A tourist visa must be utilized within 60 days from the issuing date and is
valid for 30 days, a period that can be extended once for an additional period
of 30 days. The passports must have a validity of 9 months and 2 blank pages.
Transit without visa is allowed for visitors continuing their trip to a third
country by the same or first departing plane if they do not leave the airport.
