Air Astana operates the Nomad Club frequent flyer programme for passengers travelling on eligible Air Astana services.

Membership

Passengers may register for Nomad Club through the airline's official website or mobile application. Membership is issued in the passenger's individual name and account details are maintained electronically.

Earning Points

Members earn Nomad Club points and qualifying flight credits on eligible Air Astana flights. The amount credited depends on the booking class, fare family, travel distance, and promotional campaigns in effect at the time of travel.

Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated points may be redeemed for award flights, cabin upgrades, excess baggage, and selected travel benefits, subject to programme availability and applicable redemption conditions.

Higher membership levels receive additional travel privileges including priority services, increased baggage allowance, lounge access where applicable, and enhanced mileage earning opportunities.

Programme Conditions

Points are credited only after eligible flights have been completed. Membership benefits, qualifying requirements, point validity periods, and redemption policies remain subject to revisions published by Air Astana.
