Air Astana
Air Astana is the flag carrier airline of Kazakhstan, headquartered in Almaty. It was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between the Kazakhstani government and British Airways. It was incorporated in October 2001 and started commercial flights on 15 May 2002.

Air Astana operates scheduled international and domestic services on 64 routes from its main hub, Almaty International Airport, and from its secondary hub, Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport.
