Passengers traveling with SCAT Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
SCAT Airlines provides online check-in for eligible flights beginning 24 hours
before scheduled departure and closing 1 hour before departure. Passengers may
verify travel information, select available seats, and download or print
boarding passes before arriving at the airport.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by SCAT Airlines.
Eligible passengers may obtain boarding passes and complete the initial check-in
process before proceeding to baggage drop if travelling with checked luggage.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters normally open approximately 2 to 3 hours before
departure, depending on the airport and destination.
Passengers must present valid passports, visas, health documentation where
required, and other travel documents before receiving boarding passes.
Check-in closes according to the departure airport's published deadlines.
Passengers arriving after the closing time are denied boarding.
Special Assistance
Passengers requesting wheelchair assistance, medical support, travelling with
infants, or requiring additional services must complete check-in at staffed
counters. Advance notification enables SCAT Airlines to coordinate the required
assistance before departure.
Travellers should allow sufficient time for document verification, baggage
acceptance, immigration formalities, and security screening before the scheduled
departure time.
