SCAT Airlines is a privately owned airline based in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. The carrier was established in 1997 and has developed into one of the country's largest airlines, operating scheduled domestic and international passenger services together with cargo flights.

Its primary operating hub is Shymkent International Airport, while additional operations are conducted from Almaty International Airport, Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, and several regional airports across Kazakhstan.

The airline connects Kazakhstan with destinations across Central Asia, the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, China, Southeast Asia, and selected leisure markets. Scheduled services include cities such as Istanbul, Antalya, Tbilisi, Baku, Tashkent, Bishkek, Phuket, Urumqi, Medina, Jeddah, and several Russian destinations where permitted under applicable regulations.
