Passengers traveling with Air Busan
are welcome to bring:
Carry-on Baggage
Each passenger may bring one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs).
Cabin baggage dimensions must not exceed 55 cm × 40 cm × 20 cm so that it fits
safely inside the overhead compartment.
One personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, camera case or small backpack
may also be carried onboard. The personal item must fit beneath the seat in
front of the passenger.
Duty-free purchases made after security screening may be carried onboard within
applicable airport regulations.
Sharp objects, dangerous goods, flammable materials, compressed gases and other
prohibited articles are not permitted inside cabin baggage. Security authorities
make the final decision regarding restricted items.
Checked Baggage Allowance
The free checked baggage allowance depends on the fare type, route and
destination shown on the ticket.
For many domestic and international promotional fares, checked baggage may not
be included. Standard international fares normally include one checked bag
weighing up to 15 kg or 20 kg, while certain Premium Economy fares include a
higher allowance.
The maximum weight accepted for a single checked bag is 32 kg. Baggage exceeding
this limit must be repacked into separate pieces before acceptance.
Each checked bag must remain within the airline's published size restrictions to
ensure safe handling.
Extra Baggage
Passengers requiring additional baggage may purchase extra weight or additional
pieces before departure through Air Busan's website, mobile application or
airport ticket counter.
Advance purchases are offered at lower rates than excess baggage paid at the
airport.
Oversized sporting equipment, bicycles, golf clubs, surfboards, musical
instruments and other special baggage are accepted according to Air Busan's
conditions of carriage. Advance notification may be required for certain items.
Excess baggage charges are calculated according to the amount exceeding the free
allowance and the route being travelled.
