Passengers traveling with Air Busan can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
Air Busan offers online and mobile check-in for eligible domestic and
international flights. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and
closes according to the departure airport and route. Passengers may obtain
electronic boarding passes, verify travel information and choose available seats
before arriving at the airport.
Passengers travelling on international flights requiring document verification
may still need to visit the airport counter before boarding.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by Air Busan.
These machines enable passengers to print boarding passes, confirm reservations,
update seat assignments and print baggage tags where facilities are provided.
Passengers travelling with checked baggage must proceed to the baggage drop
counter after completing kiosk check-in.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters normally open approximately 2 to 3 hours before
scheduled international departures and earlier for domestic services where
applicable.
Passengers must complete check-in, baggage acceptance and document inspection
before the published closing time. Boarding passes cannot be issued after
check-in has closed.
A valid passport, visa, health documentation and any required travel
authorisation must be presented before departure.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair services, medical support, assistance for visual
or hearing impairment, or travelling with infants should notify Air Busan before
departure.
Special assistance requests are processed through staffed airport counters to
allow sufficient time for boarding arrangements and document verification.
