Mango Baggage Policy
Passengers traveling with Mango are welcome to bring:
Carry-on Baggage
Every passengers can take one cabin bag with maximum 7 kg per person on
board free of charged. Carry-on baggage should not exceed a total dimension
of 115cm (H56, L36 x W23). Passengers travelling with infants are also
permitted to bring one personal item onto their flight as long as it is able
to fit underneath the seat in front of them.
Checked Baggage Allowance
All Guests travelling on Mango have a free checked baggage allowance of
20kg, regardless of the number of pieces being checked in. Should
passengers' checked baggage exceed this weight allowance, excess baggage
charges will be applied per kilogram or part thereof above the limit. Please
note, however, that no piece of baggage may weigh more than 32kg.
SAA codeshare guests’
baggage allowance is based on their ticketed baggage rules. Mango excess
baggage charges will be applied per kilogram or part thereof for baggage
exceeding the checked baggage allowance.
To avoid extra charges for excess baggage, please make sure to fit your
allowed weight into your allowed number of pieces. Any extra weight or
number of pieces will be subject to additional fees, provided there is space
in the hold for your excess baggage.
Extra Baggage
If you have more baggage weight and/or pieces than your allowance,
additional charges will be applied.
