Passengers travelling with Air Europa are permitted to carry baggage according to the fare purchased and cabin class.

Carry-on Baggage

Economy Class passengers may bring one cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum permitted dimensions are 55 cm × 35 cm × 25 cm, including wheels and handles.

Business Class passengers may carry two cabin bags, with each bag complying with the same size limitations. The combined weight allowance follows the airline's applicable cabin baggage policy for the itinerary.

In addition to the cabin bag, every passenger may bring one personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, camera case, briefcase, or small backpack. The personal item must fit beneath the seat directly in front.

Duty-free purchases made after airport security screening may also be carried onboard in accordance with airport security regulations.

All cabin baggage must fit either inside the overhead storage compartment or underneath the passenger seat. Oversized or overweight cabin baggage may be transferred to the aircraft hold before departure.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage entitlement depends on the fare type, destination, and cabin purchased.

The allowances include:

• Lite fares: No complimentary checked baggage unless included in the fare conditions
• Standard Economy fares: 1 checked bag up to 23 kg
• Flex Economy fares: Up to 2 checked bags of 23 kg each on selected routes
• Business Class: 2 or 3 checked bags up to 32 kg each, depending on route and fare

Each checked bag must not exceed 158 cm in total linear dimensions.

No individual checked bag may exceed 32 kg due to occupational safety regulations.

Extra Baggage

Passengers may purchase additional baggage before departure through Manage Booking, customer service, airport ticket offices, or check-in counters.

Prepaid baggage purchased online is offered at lower rates than baggage added at the airport.

Charges apply when baggage exceeds the permitted number of pieces, weight allowance, or dimensional limits.

Oversized sporting equipment, bicycles, golf clubs, surfboards, diving equipment, musical instruments, and mobility aids are accepted subject to specific handling procedures and applicable fees. Certain items require advance notification before travel.
