Air Europa operates its own loyalty programme, SUMA, which rewards members for eligible travel and purchases with the airline and participating partners. Membership is free and available through the airline's website.

SUMA members earn Miles based on eligible ticket purchases, fare type, travel distance, promotional offers, and transactions with programme partners. Miles may be redeemed for award flights, cabin upgrades, extra baggage, seat selection, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other participating travel services.

The programme includes several membership levels:

• Silver
• Gold
• Platinum

Higher membership tiers provide additional benefits including priority check-in, priority boarding, extra baggage allowance, lounge access on eligible itineraries, preferred seating, and increased mileage earning rates.

As a SkyTeam member airline, Air Europa allows eligible SUMA members to earn and redeem Miles on qualifying flights operated by SkyTeam partner airlines. Elite members also receive reciprocal alliance benefits such as priority baggage handling, lounge access, and priority airport services when travelling on eligible flights.

Miles remain valid according to the programme rules, provided qualifying account activity continues within the required validity period.

Members can manage their accounts online, monitor mileage balances, request missing mileage credits, update personal information, and access promotional offers through the SUMA member portal.

Business travellers may also benefit from corporate travel agreements that complement the airline's frequent flyer programme while maintaining individual mileage accumulation where eligible.
