Portland Children's Museum
Portland Children's Museum is the sixth oldest children's museum in the world
and the oldest West of the Mississippi. The 50,000 sq ft (4,600 m2) museum
receives over a quarter of a million visits from children and their families
every year.
Portland Children's Museum is supported through member contributions,
sponsorships, foundation grants, federal grants, and the support of generous
individuals.
Be a Kid Again, the Museum's annual Spring fundraiser brings together museum
supporters and local eateries, brewers, and wineries for an exclusive
adults-only evening at the museum.

Getting There
To reach the Portland Children's Museum by public transportation, you can take
the MAX Light Rail Red or Blue Line and get off at the Washington Park station.
From there, you can transfer to the free Washington Park Shuttle, which stops at
the museum as well as other attractions in the park. The shuttle runs every day
from 9:30am to 7pm, with more frequent service during peak season.
Alternatively, you can take bus 63, which stops near the museum on SW Canyon Rd.
and SW Rose Garden Way.
