Air Tahiti Nui serves destinations including the Society Islands, Tuamotu Islands, and other French Polynesian regions through connecting arrangements.

As of mid-2026, Air Tahiti Nui operates a fleet consisting entirely of Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The airline introduced its first Airbus A350 in 2018 as part of a fleet renewal programme, replacing older Airbus A340 aircraft. The A350 fleet provides long-range capability for flights between Tahiti and distant international destinations.
