Barkley Regional Airport (IATA: PAH, ICAO: KPAH, FAA LID: PAH) is located 12 nautical miles west of Paducah, in McCracken County, Kentucky, United States. The airport is owned by the Barkley Regional Airport Authority.

The airport is primarily used for general aviation and charter flights, with limited commercial airline service.

Currently, there are two airlines that operate from Barkley Regional Airport: Boutique Air and Contour Airlines. Boutique Air offers flights to Nashville, Tennessee, while Contour Airlines provides service to St. Louis, Missouri. The airport's facilities include a terminal building with a restaurant, a pilot's lounge, and a conference room. There is also a general aviation area with several hangars and tie-down spaces for private aircraft.
