a joint civil-military public international airport located in Charlotte, North
Carolina, United States. The airport gained its current name in 1982 and, as of
September 2017, it is the second largest hub for
American Airlines
after Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, with service to more than 150
domestic and international destinations.
The airport has five concourses: A, B, C, D, and E, with a total of 115 gates.
Concourse A is primarily used by American Airlines, Concourse B by Delta Air
Lines, and Concourses C, D, and E are used by a variety of airlines, including
