La Crosse Regional Airport (IATA: LSE, ICAO: KLSE, FAA LID: LSE) is a public airport located five miles northwest of La Crosse, a city in La Crosse County, Wisconsin, United States. Until August 2013 the airport was called La Crosse Municipal Airport.

The airport serves La Crosse and the surrounding areas, and is a public-use airport with two runways. The La Crosse Regional Airport (LSE) is currently served by two airlines: American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines. These airlines operate daily non-stop flights to and from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD), respectively.

The airport has a modern terminal building with a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, restaurants, shops, and car rental services.

There are also ample parking facilities available for both short-term and long-term parking, as well as shuttle services to and from the airport.
