Deadhorse Airport

Deadhorse Airport (IATA: SCC, ICAO: PASC, FAA LID: SCC) is a public airport located in Deadhorse on the North Slope of Alaska. It can be accessed from Fairbanks via the Elliott and Dalton highways. It is near Prudhoe Bay and is sometimes also called Prudhoe Airport.

The Airport has a single asphalt runway that is 6,500 feet (1,980 meters) long and is capable of accommodating large commercial aircraft. It is equipped with modern navigational aids, including an instrument landing system, GPS, and VOR/DME.

There is a small terminal building at Deadhorse Airport that provides basic services to passengers, including a waiting area, restrooms, and vending machines. The airport also has a car rental facility, as well as parking for private vehicles.

Due to its remote location, the airport has limited food and beverage options, and there are no hotels or other accommodations located on site. However, there are several lodging options in the nearby Prudhoe Bay area for those who need to stay overnight.

Deadhorse Airport is served by several airlines including Alaska Airlines, Bering Air, Ravn Alaska and Wright Air Service.
